Privacy notice

The site is delivered through Cloudflare infrastructure. When you request a page, Cloudflare may process technical information needed to deliver content, detect abuse and maintain security, such as your IP address, request time, requested URL, browser or device details and security signals.

This infrastructure processing can occur even when you reject analytics because it is necessary to serve and protect the website. Cloudflare determines its own security-log retention and processing practices under its published policies.

Cloudflare may also automatically load its Web Analytics performance beacon. According to Cloudflare, this beacon collects performance and timing metrics and does not collect or use visitors' personal data. It operates independently from the optional Google Analytics consent described below.

Google Analytics 4 is optional. When it is configured, its script is not downloaded and no analytics data is sent until you actively accept analytics in the consent control.

After acceptance, GA4 may process page views, interaction events, approximate location derived from IP, referrer information, and browser or device characteristics. Google may set or read analytics identifiers in your browser. This data is used only to understand aggregate use of the portfolio and improve it.

Rejecting analytics does not limit the site. You can change or withdraw your decision from the privacy control. Withdrawing prevents future analytics collection but does not erase information already processed by Google; you may contact the site owner about a deletion request.

The site stores your analytics choice in your browser under the key portfolio:analytics-consent:v1. This strictly necessary local value prevents the consent question from appearing on every visit. It records the choice, not a user profile, and stays on that browser until you clear site data or change the preference.

The birthday page can load a Spotify player. This third-party resource is not requested until you choose to load it. Once loaded, the provider receives the network and browser information normally sent with a web request and may apply its own privacy practices.

External links to LinkedIn, GitHub, ORCID, Google or SUNAT do not send you to those services until you follow the link.

Technical data is processed to deliver and secure the portfolio. Consented analytics data is processed to measure aggregate use and improve the site. Information is shared only with the infrastructure and analytics providers described above, when applicable; it is not sold by the site owner.

Cloudflare and Google operate internationally, so data may be processed outside Peru under the safeguards and terms those providers publish.

The site owner keeps no account or form-submission database. Provider logs and consented analytics follow the retention settings and policies of Cloudflare and Google. The local consent preference remains on your device as described above.

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may request access, correction or deletion of personal information controlled by the site owner, or object to certain processing. Because technical logs may be held by a provider, requests can require enough information to identify the relevant record.

This notice will be updated if the portfolio begins collecting information in a new way or changes providers. The date at the top identifies the latest published draft.
